When finalizing your reservation, please follow the below steps to request an upgrade. We do our best to accommodate all requests, but availability is subject to current inventory at the time of your rental.
Step 1 - Select "Request Upgrade" on the Finalize Details page
Step 2 - Enter your Hertz Loyalty Rewards number (if you haven't already)
Step 3 - Finalize rental details/confirm payment method
And that's it! Now just sit back and if we can accommodate your request, you will receive notification the morning of your scheduled rental. As always, we appreciate your business and thank you for being a Hertz customer.
