Gold - Cancellation flexibility (cancel within 24 hours of your rental and receive a full refund), eligibility for up to 10 upgrades per calendar year, Dedicated Gold member support line, exclusive discounts, 1.5x membership rewards points on all rentals

Platinum - One complimentary rental per calendar year (Full Size or Mid-Size SUV only), cancellation Flexibility (cancel day of for 75% refund, minus applicable fees), eligibility for up to 30 complimentary upgrades per calendar year, dedicated Platinum member support line, exclusive discounts, 1.75x membership rewards points on all rentals

Diamond - 5 complimentary rentals per calendar year (Premium/Luxury or Full Size SUV), cancellation flexibility (cancel day of for 100% refund, minus applicable fees), eligibility for unlimited complimentary upgrades per calendar year, dedicated Diamond member support line, exclusive discounts, 2x membership rewards points on all rentals
